We visited the Georgia Aquarium in Atlanta. This is a 23 foot long whale shark.
It was incredible to watch all of the marine life swimming around.

There were three different whale sharks in the aquarium.
This man standing in front of the window shows the size of the fish in the water.

I took this cool picture while standing in the tunnel that went through the middle of the aquarium.

This is a 10-12 foot ray shark.

This is a Manta Ray. The wing span on this smaller one was about 8 feet across.
They have two of them in Atlanta.

This is the large Manta Ray. The wing span on this one is about 15 feet across.
It was awesome watching it swim around!

This is a hammerhead shark. I took this picture from the tunnel as well.

These were the coolest jelly fish that I have ever seen. They were actually an orange color.

These are sea horses. They were really neat to watch!
There was a swift current in the tank and they would hold on to the sea grass to steady themselves.

This little guy was the funniest thing to watch. He would rub himself back and forth in this anemone and hide.

And here was NEMO! Hiding in the anemone.

This was a large spider crab. It is hard to see by this picture, but this guy was really big!
I would definitely go the other way if I saw him coming at me in the water!

This was a really neat looking Australian Sea Dragon. They were really colorful and floated around with ease.

These looked almost like seaweed floating in clumps.

This is a Beluga whale. It was actually performing for us on its own.
It would "show off" in front of the large window by doing quick turns and smiling at the people watching it swim.

It is amazing to see all of the color that lives in the waters of the world!

Til next time.
